At Bright Residence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Our goal is to ensure your living space feels perfect, so we have streamlined our process to make returns and exchanges as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original Bright Residence packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
